DELIVERY

On a busy day 100,000 plants leave our nurseries. Within the Netherlands we can usually deliver within one working day. Deliveries abroad will take somewhat longer.

For deliveries we use the so-called vvv lists. Every week the customers get an updated list containing the plants that are visually attractive at that moment. This list can be faxed back or completed and returned in Excel. The advantage of Excel is that customers can automatically calculate the number of CC trolleys required for their order.  In addition automatic processing cuts lead time.

After the plants have been prepared for delivery, they are submitted to a final check, fed water and then transported to the customer in air-conditioned lorries.

Export orders are checked by the Dutch Plant Protection Service.
