Limited loss of sellable plants and a high turnover rate are the keys to the garden centre’s turnover growth and consequently also to that of Griffioen. Griffioen guarantees high product quality at all stages:

• by selecting strong varieties;

• by purchasing high quality young plant material;

• by using larger pot sizes (P11);

• by means of intensive quality control during cultivation;

• by means of order picking with frequent quality control checks;

• during transport.

A list of delivery instructions is included with every order, among other things pointing out that it is essential to unpack the plants immediately after delivery.

If the delivery should contain a plant that does not meet your quality requirements, please contact us immediately after delivery. Valid claims will be credited in full.

Griffioen prefers delivering small quantities at regular intervals to delivering bulk consignments, as fresh plants increase turnover rate. If a plant remains in the sales area for a longer period, proper maintenance is essential to a good presentation.
